Better Days Initiative is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to easing the cost-of-living pressures faced by Australian families and strengthening the wellbeing of our communities. In today’s challenging economic climate, too many households are struggling to meet basic needs, putting both stability and mental health at risk.

Our mission is to provide essential, compassionate support where it’s needed most — ensuring families have access to nutritious food, financial relief, school supplies, and community connection. Alongside this, we extend our care to disadvantaged children through education and mentoring programs, promote mental health awareness and resilience, and support animal welfare initiatives that bring comfort and companionship to families in need.

Founded on the belief that no one should have to choose between survival and wellbeing, our team of volunteers and local partners work tirelessly to deliver both immediate relief and long-term hope — creating stronger, kinder, and better days for all.
